Refund policy

At Metabolic Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. The product must be in its original packaging and 100% of the purchased product sent back to us. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet these requirements.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our email address info@metabolictransformation.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the requirements have been made, we will issue a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
